2025 - 2026 ASA Multi-Sport After School Program

Our popular program introduces kids, grades K-5, to a variety of sports. Led by certified coaches, the kids are taught the rules & techniques of each sport through skill-based games and learn how to be a good teammate while burning off extra energy and having tons of fun! Consists of supportive, supervised and structured physical activity from 3-6pm Monday - Friday.

Registration will open for the new school year on May 1st.

Program Rates

Monthly tuition varies depending on the selected number of days per week your child is enrolled to participate and monthly tuition rates are as follows:

After-School Program 2024-2025/2025-2026 rates:

• 5 days per week - $325 per month

• 4 days per week - $300 per month

• 3 days per week - $275 per month

  Participation (number of days)

  We will require 3 days of participation for each after-school camper. Parents can choose the 3 days of the week you would like to attend; you will just be required to sign up for 3 days of participation.

• Note: If you register for a school that is full, we will email you to let you know you have been added to our waitlist.

  Notification to families:

  We will email the families who have been put on our temporary Roster for the new school year. You will be emailed 5 days after registering with the PDF file that will need to be filled out.

  If we fill our available spots, we will add your registration to the waitlist for the school you are registered for. An email will be sent to you to let you know you are on the waitlist. If a spot opens up we will notify you and we will send you the ASA Registration file (PDF). You will need to complete the paperwork and send in to complete the registration process. You will be emailed 5 days after registering to inform you.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

*Early Bird Special - Sign up by June 30th and receive 25% off the annual registration fee ($75.00). ASA documents sent to family will need to be returned by July 5th to be eligible for Early bird special.

Annual registration fee of $100.00 will be due at the time the registration forms are submitted. If we receive your registration documents after July 5th you will not be eligible for the Early bird special. The registration forms are to secure your child's placement within our program.

Monthly program enrollment is ongoing for the same weekday(s). If schedule is needing to be changed, we will try and accommodate and will need at least 2-week advance written notice given requesting changes.

Daily pickup time is 6 pm. There is a $10 fee for if child is not picked up by 6:01pm and $1 per minute late fee assessed for pickup times starting at 6:05pm.

A late fee of $10 will be added to monthly tuition if not paid by the end of first week's participation and an additional $10 charged for each subsequent day of delinquency.

To withdraw from our program, a 30-day written notice will need to be given to cancel participation. If the notice is given during the current paid month, the next month will serve as the 30 day notice.
