Adult Co-Ed Open Play: Tuesdays from 9-11pm
Adult Men Open Play: Thursdays from 9-11pm
College & High School Open Play: Sundays from 7-9pm
Description: Speed and Agility will focus on the mechanics of building speed through stride frequency and sprint form while also bringing quick, explosiveness to your ability to change direction and pace. Training objective will be to:
- Increase speed and quickness
- Improve balance & coordination
- Maintain sport skills
- Improve Running Mechanics
- Improve linear & lateral speed and agility
7 week training program - 2 days per week
Dates: June 11 - July 30 (Mon/Wed only) - no camp week of July 4th
Times: 6:00-7:00 pm (ages 5-7)
7:00-8:00 pm (ages 8-12)
8:00-9:00 pm (ages +13)
Fee: $200 - discounted pricing package if also enrolling for Strength/Conditioning training

Description: Strength & Conditioning will focus on the mechanics of strengthening and conditioning core muscles through aerobic workouts and circuit training for peak performance, longevity and endurance. Training objective will be to:
- Increase lean body mass
- Increase cardiovascular endurance
- Strengthen core & body control
- Prevent Injury
- Peak sport (position) specific conditioning
7 week training program - 2 days per week
Dates: June 12 - July 31 (Tues/Thurs only) - no camp week of July 4th
Times: 6:00-7:00 pm (ages 5-7)
7:00-8:00 pm (ages 8-12)
8:00-9:00 pm (ages +13)
